This used SCHEER DB 4 universal dowel boring machine has been functionally tested, worn parts have been replaced and the machine geometry has been readjusted to ensure maximum precision.

The SCHEER DB 4 universal dowel hole drilling machine is specially designed for drilling construction holes, for drilling holes in rows in a 32 mm grid system and for drilling a wide variety of fittings; it enables all these tasks to be carried out quickly, precisely and without long set-up times. Extremely simple operation via symbols and 4 program preselection controls for changing over to the new work process in seconds.
Central adjustment of the removable side stops, therefore always flush at the front edge, precise drilling of left and right workpieces. It does not matter whether the parts are cut to size or at the correct angle. The doweled corner joint is always flush, both on the edge and on the surface! No CNC machine can achieve this as easily and quickly as a SCHEER DB 4.
Safety clamping device across the entire table width, clamping of the workpieces directly on the drilling beam. Stop rail with three adjustable folding stops. Continuous table supports make it easier to push through and drill long workpieces, fold-up workpiece support tables facilitate line drilling and hardware drilling.
