The Schüco PDG 500 is a robust metalworking machine designed for efficient production.
Application: Designed for precise miter cuts of aluminum profiles.
Cutting Discs: Equipped with two horizontal cutting discs with a diameter of 500 mm.
Motor: Typically 2x 2.2 kW or 2x 3 kW, with a rotational speed of 2800 rpm.
Angle Adjustment: The cutting heads can be infinitely tilted (typically from 45° to 20° outward/inward) thanks to a servomotor, ensuring high precision.
Control: Menu-driven and intuitive operation, accessible via the control panel keyboard, often with profile visualization and clamp positioning.
Efficiency: The dual-head design allows for cutting both ends of the profile simultaneously, reducing production time by half.

The machine can be directly controlled by SchüCal software, making it easier to manage cutting lists.
