COST-CUTTING OPTIMIZING SAW
The Supercut 500 is a high-speed optimizing saw designed to deliver maximum production capacity with outstanding reliability.

EXTREMELY ROBUST
The machine features a highly robust, reinforced steel frame. The infeed belt conveyor is synchronized and driven by the same motor as the feed rollers. An exclusive system ensures solid double-sided top and bottom traction. The upper feed system includes three hardened, toothed drive rollers and six idle pressure wheels (in three pairs). Each toothed roller's rise and descent are managed by numerical control.

TECHNOLOGICALLY INNOVATIVE
The electronic system integrates a computer directly connected in real time to a next-generation CNC (numerical control unit). The TROPTIM software runs on Windows and offers full management of up to five wood grades. Equipped with a 22” color LED display, remote internet teleservice, and integrated Excel macros.

FAST
An innovative cutting system achieves such high speed that the blade is almost invisible during operation. Rapid, comprehensive optimization with a compact overall footprint. Feed system equipped with an 18 Nm brushless servo motor. Cutting system uses a 28 Nm brushless servo motor. Saw blade power: 7.5 HP (5.5 kW). Eight idle rollers positioned under the belt of the infeed conveyor.

Cutting section: min. 30x15 mm, max. 220x60 mm. Minimum workpiece length before cutting: 500 mm, maximum: 5000 mm (up to 6000 mm with optional support rollers). Capability for a single cut in the last 190 mm of the board. Suitable for boards of regular profile with a maximum thickness variation of 8 mm. Maximum timber weight: 50 kg.
