Once the bottles are in place, the system folds a flat carton blank around them and seals it using hot-melt glue. The entire process—forming, folding, and gluing—is mechanically synchronized to ensure high packaging precision. Moreover, the modular design allows for fast format changes and simplified maintenance. Above all, the machine maintains stable output even during peak production.

The machine operates on 400 Volts, 50 Hertz, and draws a maximum of 42 kW. This power supports key functions such as motorized feeding, carton forming, and gluing.
