The "XL" (large-format) version: The XL variant features extended feed and collection belts. Supporting roller mechanism: A characteristic feature of R&R. During the bending process, plastic deformation is supported by a roller, ensuring extremely tight, visually flawless corner radii without material compression.
Counter-bending: Bending is performed using profile-specific tools. This prevents the buckling of the thin-walled hollow profiles.
