The Roland Texart XT-640S-DTG is an industrial multi-station direct-to-garment (DTG) printer specifically designed for the mass production of custom apparel.
Multi-station printing: Print up to 12 garments simultaneously (with 200 x 260 mm templates), or 8 larger garments (300 x 400 mm), or 4 extra-large garments (390 x 490 mm).
Fast production: Up to 450 T-shirts/hour (CMYK, 200 x 260 mm template, production mode) or 225 T-shirts/hour (quality mode) are achievable.
Versatility: The movable base plate and dockable templates allow you to combine different garment sizes in a single operation, from children's sizes to XXXL.
Software: The package includes the CADlink Digital Factory Apparel Pro (Roland DG Edition) RIP software, which supports web-to-print workflows and automates the generation of the white underprint.

We purchased the machine new from an official Roland service center in Hungary.
It was only commissioned in January 2022 because we were unable to fully utilize the printer's capacity. About three-quarters of a year ago, the ink was professionally drained by a service technician, and it is currently out of service.
