Robotyczny system transportu materiałów

The OASI.S (Open Automation Systems Integrator Server) robotic material handling system for the automatic loading and unloading of IV bags and trays.

This system is designed to transport filled IV bags from the cleanroom, load and position IV bags into trays using a pick-and-place robot, stack trays on a pallet, and move pallets of empty trays to and from cells. The system consists of connecting conveyors, a clean station with a delta robot, a robotic loading station (delta robot and 4-axis robot), and an unloading station (2 x 4-axis robots). The line includes:

- 3 x FANUC M-410iC/315 robots, serial numbers: R24500486, R24500487, R24500488, manufactured in 2024

- FANUC M-3iA/6S delta robot, serial number R244001FB, manufactured in 2024

- FANUC M-2iA/3SL delta robot, serial number R2430075E, manufactured in 2024

The individual robot cells are equipped with dedicated grippers, four Buuusch MM 1104 B V03 TNXX pumps, conveyor feeders, additional electrical cabinets, and many other accessories.
