A unique regulation concept for step-adjustable devices developed by Rehm: The welding arc length is regulated not only by measuring the welding voltage and current intensity but also by digitally determining the wire feed speed. This allows for achieving excellent welding effects and makes operation easy and safe.

- SDI - Stepless Dynamic Induction

The smoothly adjustable coil automatically takes care of the exceptional arc ignition properties and its high stability during welding. Adjustment can be done manually using the SDI knob. This allows for the regulation of the heat input, which can have a positive effect on the amount of necessary post-welding processing.

- RSC – Realtime Speed Control

Digital monitoring and regulation of the wire feed speed with high precision and in real time. By using RSC, changes in the arc length are compensated faster and more effectively.

- CCM – Characteristic Curie Memory

A database of welding parameters integrated in the device with expert knowledge. By selecting a set of wire type and diameter and welding current voltage level, the previously set welding parameters are synergistically selected. During welding, the current parameter values are compared with the set parameters and, if necessary, immediately corrected.

- RMI – Rehm Machine Interface
