Rational iVario Pro XL

This is the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150-liter unit from premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting bratt pan is equipped with the optional pressure cooking feature and Balanced Power 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced power connection). The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop, freshly serviced, and is fully operational.
