The iCombi Pro 6.1/1 Electric model with 6 GN 1/1 shelves is easy to operate even for untrained staff, as you can achieve outstanding cooking results without the need for constant supervision. The ultra-fast interim and self-cleaning functions keep your unit spotless.

The combi-steamer has a left-side door hinge.

This unit has been overhauled in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
