R-Techniq ZEIGE300

Shredder ZEIGE300 is a strong and reliable equipment.
We have calculated and designed everything so that the machine can withstand the loads that are required to shred plastic and similar materials.
The ZEIGE300 Shredder can grind any shape plastic that fits between the blades.
We have tested it with HDPE, PP,PET and PS.
The shredder has no restrictions on thickness.
If the piece of plastic is too thick, the blades will not shred because the machine is designed so that the plastic cannot jam the machine – automatic revers system.
PP, HDPE, PS from 0.7mm to 12mm have been successfully tested.
The films are too thin and slip between the blades.
We have not tested the Shredder on materials such as rubber, tires and thermoset materials
The shredder is also designed to be easy to clean and maintain.
Very fine shredding is only possible with a shredding of the same material twice.
Application:
ZEIGE twin-shaft mechanism machines are mainly used in the shredding process, plastic, cardboard, pine boards with low thickness cardboard dividers. Shredder for different types of plastics.
