The TissueLyser LT is a small ball mill that provides fast and efficient partitioning of up to 12 samples at a time. This throughput is equivalent to the QIAcube, which automates sample preparation using QIAGEN's proven mini-column kits. Simultaneous breaking and homogenization is achieved by rapidly shaking samples in 2-ml microcentrifuge tubes containing stainless steel or glass beads.
