⭐The cabins can be made of galvanized sheet metal or stainless steel. They can be designed to be integrated into the automatic and manual systems.

⭐At the pool there is a platform for material and personal safety. The platform covers the entire pool.

⭐In the Filterline wet painting booth, environmental pollution is prevented by the simultaneous use of 3 different filter systems.

⭐Wet paint particles, sucked in the air by a suction fan, are caught by the water curtain at the back of the cabin and transported into the pool.

⭐Wet paint particles in the trace amount that are not caught by the water curtain are caught by the separators on the suction ducts on the back of the water curtain, and the fresh air outlet is from the flue.

⭐The backwash system is applied in the separator section to help the process of retaining the wet paint particles of the separators. The filtration efficiency, whose contact area is increased by spraying wash water through the nozzles, is maximized.

⭐While paint dirty water accumulated in the basin enters the pump suction chamber, it goes through a coarse and a fine mesh to prevent clogging of the pump spray water, thus ensuring paint particles are retained.

⭐When the dirty water in the pool becomes unusable, it can be disposed of from the waste water valve located behind the grates in the suction department.

⭐By using a paint separator system, the water in the pool is cleaned from the paint and used continuously.

⭐The separated paint residues are drained by a filter press and must be disposed of properly.
