TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS:
It can be manufactured from 304ss or 316ss Stainless material in accordance with the preferred surface treatment. The tank side walls are insulated with 50mm glass wool. The tanks that require heating can be produced with serpentine or electric heating. Temperature control is done digitally and follow-up is provided. If necessary, an air mixing device is added to the tanks. In the tanks, stainless ball type valves are used for discharge.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
It is based on the principle of surface cleaning and processing by taking the material to be surface cleaned into the baskets as a general application and immersing it in tanks with chemical and / or water by means of a crane and waiting for a while. The aim is to clean the existing oil layer on the metal surface and create a thin film on the metal surface, thereby making the material more conducive to paint and more resistant to external factors.

APPLICATION AREAS AND ADVANTAGES:
Automotive sector, White goods sector, Lighting sector and General machinery manufacturing sector are facilities that do not require continuous production or provide high and equal quality with less labor in facilities where alternative solutions are not available due to the shape and size of the material or very high capacities are not reached.
Chemical values ​​and temperature values ​​can be monitored and controlled by applying automation optionally.

APPLICATION:
Immersion type surface cleaning applications vary according to preference and required strengths for each sector.

As two main applications show:
- iron phosphate surface treatment
- zinc phosphate surface treatment

Apart from these, only applications for cleaning and oil removal can be made.

There is an option additional to the immersion tank:
* a drying oven
* 2 stainless steel baskets

DRYING OVEN:

Generally, the working principle of drying ovens, which is the last step of immersion type surface cleaning units, is like BOX type ovens, however, in order to be suitable for immersion type surface cleaning facility, the parts of the lid are designed on the top side of the oven and the surface cleaning parts are dried in the same basket. In this type of drying system, the parts enter the drying oven and are ready for paint application after drying.
