ProFruit Machinery Automatic Spouted Pouch Filler & Capper

The ProFruit Automatic Spouted Pouch Filler and Capper is a monoblock machine for automatically filling and sealing liquid and semi-liquid products in spouted pouches. Applications include fruit juices, smoothies, syrups, purées, baby food, sauces, condiments, honey, liquid detergents, soaps and cosmetics.

Operation
The machine automatically feeds the pouches and dispenses the caps for continuous production. A self-priming gear pump doses the product, after which nitrogen can be injected and the pouch is capped. PLC touchscreen controls allow the operator to adjust filling volume, operating speed and nitrogen-injection settings. Sensors prevent filling when no pouch is present and stop the machine if caps are unavailable.
