The machine is adapted for almost any type of raw material.

The material has absolutely no contact with exhaust gases or open flame.

Drying is carried out by a heat exchanger, exclusively using hot air.

No risk of self-ignition or scorching of material (drying temperature is adjustable).

The dryer operates best in enclosed spaces with an ambient temperature of at least +10°C.

Efficiency: removal of approx. 10-15% moisture/hour;

- drum rotation power supply: 1.1 kW (very low power consumption thanks to a large gear wheel);

- hot air heater power supply: heating oil/diesel fuel;

- heating oil consumption: approx. 5 L/hour;

- total electricity requirement: approx. 3 kW;

- high-performance Italian fans (2x 2500m3/h);

- exhaust gases discharged exclusively in one location;

- mechanical steam extraction with cyclone separator;

- rotary heat recovery system (entirely made of stainless acid-resistant steel);
