Thanks to its unique floorless design with a low-profile ramp, the cabinet allows a whole transport trolley filled with trays or catering containers to be directly driven inside. This eliminates the need for tedious manual reloading of products, which not only drastically reduces the work time for personnel but also prevents unwanted warming of the frozen product during in-house logistics.

The unit operates in a stable, deep freezing range from -15°C to -20°C, controlled by an advanced microprocessor-based digital controller with a HACCP function.
