NEW Equipment for feeding defrosted fish raw materials to the blanching area
Equipment for blanching fish raw materials - Provide mechanized or manual delivery of fish raw materials (arranged in one or more layers) to the heat treatment area;
· Provide heat treatment (blanching) liquid of fish raw materials
(a mixture of water, salt water, water vinegar) or in a steam environment;
· The speed of the blanching conveyor is variable;
· The blanching temperature is adjustable (50-100 C) and constant
maintainable;
· Impact insulation provided in the blanching area to prevent heat loss;
· Ensure continuous supply of thermally processed fish raw materials and packaging area;
· Provide water or steam connections and the possibility of draining overflow liquid or condensate and blanching liquid directly into the sewage system;
Blanching power 600 kg per hour
Equipment for dosing fish raw materials in cans and packing cans - Equipment, (can dispenser for Hansa cans type), which provides a can
sequential feeding to the raw material dosing area. Speed min. 75 up to 90 cans/min.
· Equipment that provides semi-automatic dosing of blanched fish raw materials in cans: manual placement of raw materials in the portioning area, mechanized portioning and mechanized dosing of the fish portion in a box. The operating speed of the line must be matched with the operating speed of the cans dispenser.
Permissible deviation +- 4 grams
Equipment for the accumulation of filled cans, which allows the accumulation of at least 2 min of packing capacity, min 150 cans;
· Equipment that provides continuous weighing of cans with the possibility of diverting cans that are below the permissible deviation of the specified weight to the forgiving conveyor, and ensures the return of cans to the flow after the forgiving;
· The equipment is easy to service and sanitary.
· Number of employees servicing the equipment: 3-4 employees
Automatic control unit - Provides automated equipment control and the ability to adjust the speed of equipment operation.
