NEUWEILER AG Pilot Plant Belt Dryer

Used stainless steel pilot plant belt dryer by Neuweiler AG (CH). Dryer has a belt designed in stainless steel net, with total width 300 mm, working width 250 mm. Total length of belt about 830 cm. At the feeding section there is a rotating turbine with adjustable rotation and height, for proper positioning the product on the belt. Turbine is driven by el motor 0.18 kW. Drying chamber has insulated walls and has working length 207 cm. Belt is driven by reducer and el motor 0,55 kW, 1380 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Working speed of belt is adjustable. Dryer is equipped with stainless steel main air blower driven by el. motor 11 kW. Air is transfered via chamber with electric heaters and is blowing on the belt from the top. There is also exhaust fan. Dryer has electric cabinet and local control panel. All is mounted on stainless steel frame with 6 legs.
