Multi-turret automatic lathe with numerical control (CNC), counter-spindle (sub-spindle), and motorized turret:
CNC automatic lathe MUPEM WIN 6500, designed for precision machining in large series from bar stock. Robust multi-turret machine construction, equipped with a main spindle, counter-spindle (sub-spindle) with a synchronous drive device (pick-up), motorized turret, and independent front and rear transverse/vertical carriages, enabling simultaneous operations and highly efficient machining cycles.
CNC control with color touchscreen (MUPEM interface), providing real-time display of the spindle, sub-spindle, turret, carriage positions (Z turret, Longitudinal, Front, Rear, Vertical 1, and 2), chuck, pick-off, and auxiliary outputs. Complete manual control panel: manual/automatic mode, speed selector (slow/medium/fast), increments (small/medium/large), feed potentiometers, and spindle speed percentage, emergency stop button, and locking key.
Equipped with a bar feed system (Hydrobar LNS type loader, visible in the images), chip conveyor (Auxkal), and coolant system.
