Mori Seiki MV 45

Mori Seiki MV45/45 from 1986 with Fanuc 11M control, 820 × 555 × 550 mm travels, BT 45 spindle (4.500 rpm, 7,5 kW) and Kitagawa 4th axis for simultaneous 4-axis machining. Professional through-spindle coolant retrofit by Deuschle (15 bar, M50-switched, rotary union through pull stud) and two mechanical gear stages deliver 200 Nm torque; box guideways ensure rigidity. Includes approximately 75 BT 45 tool holders with through-coolant passage and 20 pull studs.
