New ink supply system: The 1-litre ink bottles can be conveniently replaced from the front – making refilling particularly quick and easy.

Simple operation without alignment issues: Stop and registration pins, as well as a printed measuring scale, enable the exact positioning of the media on the print table. The pins prevent the media from slipping. The measurement scale makes it easy to adjust layout and RIP data to the correct position.

High flexibility thanks to direct printing on a wide variety of media, including thick substrates and plates up to 50 mm thick.

The Mimaki Advance Pass System reduces unsightly banding and improves the print quality. The special Mimaki recirculation system prevents the white ink from settling.

Mimaki Clear Control (MCC): To prevent dust adhesion and small air bubbles, curing time and UV radiation are adjusted. This produces both glossy and stylish matt finishes. Furthermore, by applying multiple layers of clear varnish, the print can be embossed to create three-dimensional effects.

LH-100: hard UV ink for smooth surfaces with high scratch resistance, colour brilliance and solvent resistance

LUS-150: flexible UV ink for smooth and uneven surfaces, deformable up to approx. 150 per cent and suitable for numerous substrates

White ink for image undercoating reduces light bleed-through

Two-layer printing with white on clear and coloured surfaces

Finishing with a gloss or matt varnish

Environmentally conscious printing: UV printing technology does not release any harmful substances. UV-LED lamps ensure low power consumption and a long service life.
