Equipped with traction tooling for H-beam HEB IPE INP rolling on the hard-side

-pyramid dual pinch side rolls independent hydraulic
-3 rolls driven hydraulic and gear unit -synchro.
-set of rolls for HEB beam – INP beam - flat bar square bar.
-Set of heads for traction the HEB – INP beam bending on the hard side
-Set of rolls for pipe bending. Pipe 20 inches max capacity.

-Lateral correctors left/right side hydraulic operated in 3 directions
-Add-on rollers angle bending & T-section leg-in / leg-out
-Control panel console electric joysticks manual use & program automatic
-Digital readout screen display 8 axis position reading of the rolls - 8 axis automatic programmable bending works

-Electric Vac 400/50 ( rewirable on request ) -weight total of the machine approx. 65 Ton.

-Hydraulic reservoir oil 1200 liters -High pressure hydraulic power unit multi pumps run on 100Hp electric motor .
-Working speed variable slow-fast. -Emergency shut-down devices in compliance with safety requirement. -CE quality certification, Made in Italy manufacturing.

On request we supply additional set of rolls interchangeable to seat and bend the wanted profiles.
