Hydraulic CNC Servo Press Brake MTP 80X2500 with MTP-3212 Controller – In Stock

The MTP 80X2500 is a hydraulic CNC servo press brake designed for accurate and efficient sheet-metal bending. The machine delivers a pressing force of 80 tonnes and offers a maximum working length of 2,500 mm. It is suitable for processing sheet metal up to 4 mm thick.

The machine is equipped with two controlled axes:

* X-axis – servo-controlled back-gauge positioning
* Y-axis – servo-controlled ram movement

The MTP-3212 CNC controller features a large colour touchscreen and a clear, intuitive operating menu. Its software automatically calculates the required bending angle, helping simplify machine setup and improve production efficiency. The controller can store data for up to 40 different punch types.

The machine is fitted with an AMADA-style quick-clamping system, enabling fast and convenient tool changes. Two front material supports are included.

High-quality components ensure reliable operation and a long service life. The hydraulic system uses a renowned German Rexroth valve, while the electrical system incorporates Schneider components. Safety components are supplied by Omron and Schneider. Steel hydraulic connections help minimize the risk of leakage.

For comfortable operation, the press brake is equipped with a mobile control unit and a controller mounted on an adjustable arm. Integrated LED lighting provides excellent visibility throughout the working area.

The machine includes extensive safety equipment, such as side guards, a rear safety gate, easily accessible emergency-stop switches and a safety light barrier. The light barrier helps prevent accidental access to the area between the punch and die during operation.

A Polish-language operating manual and a CE declaration of conformity are included. Technical support is also available to assist with tooling selection, material selection, bending sequences and the configuration of suitable operating parameters.
