The EDM32 wire electrical discharge machine is a precision device designed for electro-erosion machining of electrically conductive materials. It is ideal for the production of tools, molds, and components requiring high accuracy and surface quality.

The machine enables efficient cutting of complex shapes in both single-piece and serial production. Thanks to its stable construction and well-optimized operating parameters, the EDM32 ensures high productivity and repeatability of the machining process.

The device allows cutting at angles up to ±6°, increasing its technological versatility. The use of wire with a diameter of 0.12 to 0.25 mm enables precise machining of even highly demanding components.

The machine provides good surface finish quality at the level of 1.6–2.5 Ra, reducing the need for additional processing. High cutting efficiency and stable wire speed ensure optimal performance.

The robust construction and maximum table load of up to 400 kg allow machining of heavier workpieces without loss of accuracy.
