Description
Automatic cross-cut saw with semi-automatic function for sawing aluminium and light alloys. Mitre cuts from 45° right to 45° left and saw head can be tilted 0°-45° to the left.
It is controlled by multi-microprocessors, while two NC controlled axes allow to program 1000 different cutting programs, each with a different number of pieces and length, for the same material.
-New centralized control panel on an articulated arm, so that the machine can be easily operated from any working position and the emergency stop button can be pressed at any time.
-Fieldbus communication system with double microprocessor and serial port.
-Display with 20 characters x 4 lines for displaying the following technical parameters: Number of cuts programmed and executed, saw band thickness, feed length, cutting time, ammeter, display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
-New - Display and recording of alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the incidents that have occurred. New - Material feed of 600 mm with cutting motor and recirculating ball screw mounted on opposite ball bearings.
