MD Machinery The POWER Test indicator

The POWER Test indicator is designed to check the clamping force of tools in
the spindle of machine tools.

Insufficient clamping force of the tool within the spindle can lead to poor machining quality and potential spindle
damage. In clamping systems utilising disc springs, any spring failure results in a significant reduction of the clamping
force. The POWER Test indicator provides a straightforward method to verify whether the clamping force has
decreased to a critical level.
