Our new cartoning machine model 90-HCI – powerful, flexible, and efficient

The new cartoning machine model 90-HCI impresses with its high performance, precise product guidance, and maximum efficiency – even for complex packaging tasks.

It was specially developed for applications where multiple products or pouches are grouped and then automatically inserted into a folding carton. This makes the 90-HCI particularly suitable for packaging lines with high throughput and variable product variety.

The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 90 cycles per minute.

The processable carton sizes vary depending on the grouping and arrangement of the products on the infeed conveyor:

Carton width (A): 40–310 mm

Carton height (W): 15–100 mm

Carton depth (H): 80–350 mm
