The filler is a 6 head automatic filler, with the capacity to store 50 separate preset menus,

• Controlled by Siemens S7 PLC via Mitsubishi Beijer HMI
• Jars feed in vis constant stainless steel slat band
• Jars indexed via program-controlled infeed and outfeed
pneumatic gates.
• Jars filled via positive pressure within 50 ltr holding tank
(this could be changed easily to a constant positive
pressure into manifold via modulating pump)
• Volume controlled via Nixon BNO turbine flow meters
communications with siemens high speed counter.
• Liquid feeds into jar with rise during fill or above jar for
fill time
• Full SIP, CIP, and flush capability programs available

Jar enters, signals PEC starwheel turns 90⁰ under capping head
Capping lowers on cam, retracts on cam
Jar/ bottle clamp activated of adjustable cam onto 5/2 valve
Starwheel turns 90⁰ onto exit conveyor
Current capping head removable, for 40mm cap (no alternative head)
All systems work on cams and relays, no PLC
Motor runs on DOL for capping (clutch adjusted and variable speed gearbox)
Cam motor uses inverter. Guards with interlocked access doorway
