Twin drum spiral hot air oven direct from closed factory, this was used for pre-cooking burgers and nuggets. These machines are built for the high capacity cooking, grilling and steaming of a wide range of products, the degree of cooking, grilling or steaming is determined by the air temperature, the air speed, the air humidity and the time that the product is in the system.

Electrically heated. 96m x 600mm belt. Was in use from 2007 until 2016 when the contract moved to another factory. Machine is in lovely condition, we also have everything else used in the factory - formers, fryers, coating machines, filters, spiral freezers, bagging lines etc.
