STS V-1.5

Tank
• 1,500-liter capacity tank
• Tank is hot-dip galvanized
• Tank inclined slightly backward for easier cleaning
• Hydraulic rear tipping by approx. 20° for emptying via electro-hydraulic unit
• Side cleaning port in the tank to remove contaminants or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens fully towards the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• 2 safety stages as standard to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator - overflow with 2 balls and sight glass
• Manometer mounted on the suction unit with protective bracket
• Mechanical fill-level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 liters air delivery
• Vacuum max. -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Overpressure max. 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda industrial engine GX 390 – electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to prevent damage inside the engine unit
• Muffler for vacuum compressor with oil catch
• Stainless steel heat plate above the exhaust
• 1 liter of biodegradable compressor oil stored in a bottle holder
• 5-liter fuel canister in holder
• Standard funnel with long neck for changing and refilling engine oil
• All engine components and accessories are housed in a lockable engine box
• Engine box made of aluminum and powder-coated in your desired color

Chassis
• Self-supporting chassis fully hot-dip galvanized
• Electro-hydraulics with wired remote control
• 3.5t tandem low-loader chassis
• Track width identical to passenger cars and Sprinters for optimal driving characteristics
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the vacuum tank
• 2x axles with 1,750kg load capacity each and independent suspension from a reputable manufacturer
• Fully welded V-drawbar
• Robust mudguards with metal lamp housing
• Stanchion holders for fast securing of suction hoses with rubber bands

• Overrun brake with reverse automatic
• Automatically locking ball coupling
• Reinforced jockey wheel
• 13-pin electrical connector

Connections and Hoses
• 2x suction hoses (3”) each 5m long with Perrot couplings
• 1x suction lance 3” (1,500mm long)
• 1x Perrot connection (3”) at the bottom of the tank lid
• 1x Perrot connection (3”) on the right side in the direction of travel
