COMPLETE GRANULATION LINE

Location: Central Italy.

Products: glass, clay, fertilizers.

Operational plant, CE marked.

Productivity: 15,000 tons/year on 2 shifts with 2 operators per shift.

Main components:

• D1 - Raw material loading hopper, fed by a wheeled loader, capacity 15 tons/h.

• P1 - Disintegrator/Crusher: crushes any aggregates present in the raw material from D1, throughput 15 tons/h.

• R1 - R24 Granulator Mixer: mixes and granulates the raw material from P1, discharging the wet product into a hopper, throughput 8 tons/h.

• B1B - Fluidized bed dryer: dries the wet granules from R1, throughput 8 tons/h.

• T5 - Vibrating tubular duct with loading openings for transporting the dried granules and fine dust from B1B and the filter cyclone PD4 to the vibrating screen P5.

• P5 - Vibrating screen: separates the dried granules into sizes greater than 5 mm (to be ground and recycled), between 2 and 6 mm (finished product), and less than 2 mm (to be recycled), total throughput 10.5 tons/h.

• P6 - Oversize grinding mill: grinds the granules larger than 5 mm from P5 before storage for recycling, throughput 1.5 tons/h.

• D5 - Binder dosing hopper.

• D6 - Recycled product dosing hopper.

• D8 - Big-bag emptying structure for storage and dosing of the binder.

• P7, E7 and E7 - Compressed air production unit.

• B1A - LPG burner for the production of hot gas for the B1B dryer, rated power 1,000 kW thermal.

• Additional components: hoppers, conveyors, scales, walkways, electrical panels, electronics, and proprietary software.

DISINTEGRATOR/CRUSHER

Operational. Processable products: glass, clay, and fertilizers. Throughput 15 tons/h.

Material: painted carbon steel. Crushes any aggregates present in the raw material. Sold complete with its accessories.

Dimensions: length 800 mm, width 800 mm, height from the ground 1,000 mm, passage section 500 x 500 mm, diameter of the loading and unloading opening 400 mm.

DRYING PLANT

Operational. Power 1,000 kW thermal.

Composed of: horizontal LPG tank D9 in carbon steel, 12.5 m³; B1A LPG burner, 1,000 kW thermal; combustion air fan P2 with a flow rate of 8,500 m³/h; B1B fluidized bed dryer in 1.4301 and S235 steel, designed to reduce the moisture content of the granules from 12% to 2%, with two vibrating motors and a throughput of 8 tons/h; cooling fan P3 with a flow rate of 6,100 m³/h; bag filter F4 in painted S235 steel with 135 PES/PES 550 filter bags, filtering area 236 m², and automatic cleaning system using compressed air.
