KVK 3 Slimline

Our KVK 3 Slim Line is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper with turntable. It is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% stretching. Thanks to the pre-stretch system, you can produce up to 3.5 m of film on the pallet from 1 m of film on the roll and reduce your material consumption enormously. In addition, this system creates only minimal contact tension, so that even light packages are not pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 1500 kg. The KVK 3 Slim Line has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm high as standard. With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as a potentiometer-controlled power stretch unit, you can adapt the automated wrapping process perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping.

Programs for "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rainproof" wrapping are available. If required, the winder can also be controlled manually.

If the winder needs to be moved to a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs.

A suitable drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packaging materials or black film are optionally available.

This model is our clear recommendation if you wrap very light packages or wrap more than approx. 20 pallets a day and do not exceed a maximum pallet dimension of 800 x 1200 x 2250 mm.
