KVK 1S

Our KVK 1S is a low-cost, semi-automatic stretch wrapper. In contrast to our KVK 1S Economic, this version has more powerful motors and a more robust turntable.

The KVK 1S has a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2250 mm high. The only thing that still has to be done manually with this pallet wrapper is the application and removal of the film.

The speeds of the turntable and film carriage, as well as the brake tension, are adjustable. Automatic detection of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Programs are available for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rainproof wrapping". If required, the winder can also be controlled manually.

If the stretch wrapper needs to be moved to a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs.

As further options for this stretch wrapper, we offer a suitable drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packaging materials or black film.

The KVK 1S is our recommendation if you want to purchase a robust pallet wrapper that makes your life easier with the lowest possible investment. The KVK 1S is ideal for shippers with a pallet volume of between approx. 5-15 pallets per working day (on average).
