mütek balers / packaging machines have been developed for the production of bales from a wide variety of materials, such as shredded Miscanthus or elephant grass, wood chips, sawdust and shredded straw. The machine is characterized by a robust design, which guarantees consistent quality in continuous operation.
The baler compresses the material fed into the hopper without the addition of binding agents by means of hydraulic pressure and packages the material in plastic sacks. The volume of the material can be significantly reduced with the baler. The volume reduction rate depends on the material. The maximum material moisture content must not exceed 18% dry matter.
The hopper of the mütek baler can be loaded automatically or by hand and has a volume of approx. 0.7 m³. Containers with a larger volume or with an integrated extraction and filter system as a complete disposal unit are also available. In addition to the automatic filling via dust extractor, mütek also offers filling by means of conveyor screws. In both variants, automatic dust extraction is possible.
mütek balers are equipped with a control cabinet for operation.
In the standard version, the dimensions of the bales (width x depth x height) are 400 x 400 x 800 mm. However, the height can be adjusted to your requirements on request.
