Lutetia Baratte T1

The Lutetia T1 tumbler offers a reliable and high-performance solution for processing facilities seeking a precise machine for mixing and marinating controlled batch sizes. With a capacity of up to 400 kg of meat and brine, it supports consistent production volumes while ensuring excellent uniformity. Its vacuum operation promotes rapid and even ingredient penetration, so recipes benefit from enhanced consistency and product quality remains stable from batch to batch. This leads to improved process control right from the initial operations.

Furthermore, the slow and continuous drum rotation minimizes mechanical stress on the product. The consistent motion helps preserve fiber integrity and reduces the risk of product damage, resulting in a uniform and visually appealing texture. The drum's internal design ensures smooth movement of the batch, making each mixing cycle repeatable and safeguarding daily output. This design is particularly suitable for processes where dosing precision and product integrity are critical.

The stainless steel construction ensures outstanding durability and optimal hygiene. In addition, the machine is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Its compact dimensions allow straightforward integration into workshops with limited space, fitting seamlessly into existing production lines without major modifications. With a usable volume of 950 litres, robust build, and proven design, the Lutetia T1 tumbler is a relevant choice for processors seeking reliability, consistent production, and optimized processing times.
