Metal siding “Soffit” production line SPM-1 auto is an excellent solution for companies with business in metal siding and metal decor elements production for various buildings and structures. Soffit profiles are very popular to arrange gables, cornices and attics, and without perforation, they can be part of cladding building facades of various configurations. Perforation holes provide additional ventilation of the under-roof space and, therefore, optimal conditions for the roofing system. Air circulation helps to avoid the formation of condensation and extra humidity, as well as corrosion of metal tiles or corrugated sheets.

This equipment can go as a separate automatic machine, consisting of a rolling mill with an automatic system and an automatic profile guillotine, or in combination with an uncoiler.

The metal uncoiler can be manual for working with metal rolls up to 800 kg or automatic, with a loop converter and speed control for working with rolls up to 1500 kg.

Automatic roll forming soffit panels production machine SPM-1 auto makes panels with unlimited length. The machine has 18 pairs of forming rolls, providing high quality of the final products. There is special perforating module on the final stands of machine, responsible for cutting out perforation holes during roll forming. It is possible to use the machine both with and without this module, thus it is possible to obtain panels both with and without perforation, depending on the customer’s needs.

We use alloy tool steel for rollers of machine and make them on high-precision CNC turning equipment, ensuring high product standards.

Guillotine profile shears is at the machine exit and has electric drive to work. The electric drive of the shears is a more reliable solution compared to pneumatic or hydraulic systems for working on cutting shears of other line manufacturers.

The rolling speed of the line is 10-15 meters per minute with the possibility of programmatic adjustment of this parameter.
