System for cleaning wastewater from CNC machines.
The wastewater is conveyed from the CNC machines via lift pumps into the WRA-1000. Before entering the treatment unit, a flocculant is continuously and automatically dosed and thoroughly mixed with the wastewater using an integrated mixer.

The integrated lamella pack in the WRA-1000 allows for short reaction times during the settling of the flocculated contaminants. The sludge settles in the cone of the WRA-1000 and is automatically discharged at preset intervals into the sludge big-bag located beneath. Excess water is returned to the system via an integrated lift pump, which minimizes water loss.

The water purified by the WRA-1000 then flows into the collection tank of the CNC system. From this tank, the CNC machines can use their pumps and piping systems to reuse the treated process water for further machining operations.
