Designed for COEX- castfoil production with additional coating unit.
The extrusion part of the line has 2 extruders; the coating unit has 1 extruder. Processing of thermo plastics in a temperature range of 90-300°C.

Different combinations of production are possible:
- main unit (CoEx) with coating 

Gedepaiaiopfx Agcett
- main extruder (CoEx) without coating 

- coating processing over winding unit on an existing base film 


For production in the different described combinations you can lock the not necessary equipment parts. 


POSSIBLE LAYER STRUCTURES:
Main extruder:
- Mono film if necessary with tensilized film 

- 3- layer film (A-B-A) if necessary with tensilized film


Coating unit: 

- mono film on excisting base film if necessary with second tensilized film

Unwind diameter: max. 1.000 mm
Allowed roll/bobbin weight: max1.500kg
