Kohlbach SU 1200 chip-fired boiler complete system, stepped grate firing (suitable for low-quality fuel), hot water system with max. temperature 120°C, output 1200kW, year built 1996, including pneumatic cleaning system, flue gas dedusting with multicyclone separator, flue gas fan, flue gas piping, chimney system – height 26m, two-part bolted construction (2 x 13m), automatic ash removal downward into ash bin, hydraulic feeder, hydraulic cross-pusher rod, walking floor with 3 pusher rods, total length 11m, total width 5.7m, control system included. The system is fully operational and, for its year, in very well-maintained and good condition. Dismantling must be carried out by the purchaser. Dismantling scheduled for June 2026; the boiler house roof will be opened on site to lift out the heating unit using a crane. The crane can approach up to approx. 5m from the roof opening.
