Used foaming mixer by Kinematica AG (CH) type MEGATRON FM 19-120/2 LR-P. Machine has working output in range from 40-200 l/h, depending on product. Maximal viscosity of product up to 10000 mPa*s. Foaming head is equipped with heating/cooling jacket and can work at pressure up to 23 bar and temperature up to 90C. Rotor works with adjustable rotation - in range from 375 up to 750 rpm. Main drive power consumption - 11 kW. Contact parts with product designed in stainless steel AISI 316L. Mixer is equipped with integrated lobe pump by Tri-Clover/Tri-Clamp, driven by el. motor with power 0.75 kW. Working pressure up to 23 bar. Maximal rotation of lobes - up to 370 rpm. Gase feeding system - dosing air/N2 - at pressure up to 25 bar, temperature up 20C, flow range - 0.5 to 15 ln/min. Machine is mounted on mobile stainless steel frame with local control panel. Last time used in food production.
