We offer a Keyence stripe light measurement device.
Series VL 350, including PC, software, and calibration disc.
This allows for stand-alone operation.

Strengths:
• Contactless measurement: As the system is optical and does not use a mechanical touch probe, it is ideal for measuring delicate or sensitive workpieces with fragile coatings (no deformation caused by a measurement probe).
> High accuracy & repeatability: Measurement accuracy of ±10 µm and repeatability of 2 µm make it suitable for a wide range of industrial quality control applications.

> Flexible measuring range: Capable of measuring larger components (up to Ø 300 mm × H 200 mm) as well as small detailed parts (Ø 70 mm × H 50 mm) — with easy switching between low and high magnification.

> Versatile application: The rotatable and tiltable table enables measurement of various geometries and complex workpieces.

The device is suitable for:

> Quality control and 3D inspection of parts in manufacturing — for example, workpieces made from plastic or metal

> Measurement and reverse engineering of complex geometries where contactless measurement is advantageous

> Areas where high precision and repeatability are essential — for evaluating form and positional tolerances

> Digitizing components with STL output for subsequent 3D printing.

Original packaging is available – courier delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

Transport and loading can be organized throughout Europe at extra cost upon request.
