Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw in an extremely robust design, featuring a horizontally and parallel traversing saw blade, for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid materials of all qualities, including materials that are extremely difficult to machine (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw blades.

The saw head is made from solid polymer concrete, ensuring exceptional vibration damping and maximizing the service life of the saw blades.

The saw unit is guided via a vertical and a round column (double column guide) fitted with hardened and ground guide strips. Hydraulic saw blade tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide saw blade guides provide additional precision and performance.

Material clamping is accomplished with two hydraulic vices. The machine is user-friendly thanks to its intuitive controls. Cutting length is set using a handwheel, with a resolution of 0.1 mm. The piece count can be preset via a counter; the machine automatically switches off once the specified quantity is reached.

Material feed is handled by a hydraulic feed cylinder, guaranteeing highest cut length accuracy. The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.
