Semi-automatic bandsaw machine with a very robust design for efficient handling of all cut-off and mitre cutting tasks (-45°/+60°) in tubes, profiles and solid materials in workshop applications. The steplessly adjustable feed ensures sensitive and tool-friendly sawing. Universal bandsaw for workshop use in a very robust design for cutting profiles, pipes and solid materials.

Saw Blade Guide

The side guide for the saw blade is via mechanically preloaded blade brushes. The blade back is guided by idler rollers.

Material Clamping – Machine Vise

Secure material clamping using manually operated horizontal vise. Mitre angle continuously adjustable from 0° – 45° and 0° to +60° using a scale. Indexing bolts at positions -45°, 0°, 45°, and 60° for additional mitre locking.

Feed Control

Saw feed is steplessly controlled via fine throttle, suitable for universal use on solid and profile materials.
