The machine for processing continuous cardboard sheets listed here belongs to the series of statically operating machines, meaning that the processing steps across the machine are carried out on the stationary cardboard. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 2,800 mm. All tool settings are performed automatically.

1) Main machine body (cardboard cutting machine):

2) Cardboard feeder, 4-cassette system

A motorized cardboard feeder with a lifting axis, implemented with 4 individual cassettes, feeds the cardboard into the cardboard infeed of the main machine body. Each cassette is capable of holding rolls of raw material with a width of up to 2,800 mm and, upon request from the machine control system, automatically feeds it to the main machine body.

3) Cardboard magazine, 5-fold

5 cardboard magazines provide and feed the raw cardboard to the processing machine. A stack height of up to 1,500 mm for continuous cardboard sheets is possible.

4) Control cabinet, control system, electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on Siemens.
