KALLFASS Universa 400

Fully automatic flow wrapping machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—in a complete wrap without film overlap. Product infeed is carried out via a conveyor belt, while simultaneously being wrapped in centerfold film using a forming shoulder. Product timing is achieved via a photoelectric sensor. The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is produced by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually.

Wearing and defective parts have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is fully operational.
