This is a 150-liter pressure cook kettle (FES 150) from the premium manufacturer Küppersbusch (now Phoeniks), (002154). Draining is easily accomplished via a safety drain valve. The pressure cook kettle features an electronic temperature controller as well as an innovative KCI touch panel control system.

The unit has undergone a comprehensive inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The pressure cook kettle is in an unused condition and in excellent shape.
