THE PRACTICAL HAND BENDING DEVICE:

The compact, mobile design allows precise and repeatable bending in the vice. Drive is provided by a screw-in handle. A lockable adjusting ring ensures repeatable bending. The exchange of the plug-in tools is conceivably simple. The principle of "stationary tube and rotating tool" allows bending with the smallest possible footprint. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are used for crease-free bending in order to produce bends with the least possible deformation from, for example, stainless steel and copper tubes. The optional version with a hexagonal mount allows the drive force of the 3000 and 6000 bending systems to be used in addition to the vise. For this purpose, the KBV is simply placed on the bending shaft of the machine.
