Used J. Engelsmann model VIRO 300-800-4571-St/FDA-konform polished stainless steel (AISI 316Ti) cylindrical rotary sifter. Cylindrical screen measures 300 mm diameter x 600 mm lenght. 3-blade rotor is driven through Ex Stöber gearbox by 3.0 kW, 400 V, 1425 rpm, 50 Hz Ex electric motor, the final rpms are 602 rpm. There is also ATEX vibro motor 0.26 kW, 400 V, 3000 rpm, 50 Hz installed above the screen to increase screening efficiency. Feeding inlet has diameter 120 mm. Discharge hopper for particals smaller than holes of the screen has pneumatical valve and diameter 300 mm. Discharge hopper for particals bigger than holes of the screen has diameter 250 mm. Mounted on stainless steel frame. Overall dimensions are approx: 2600 mm x 800 mm x 2280 mm (height), weight approx 500 kg.
