Ideal for aerosols, oil mist, emulsion mist, and vapors. Industrial hall ventilation and filtration: numerous manufacturing processes, especially in metalworking, generate substantial oil mist. Very often, extractor systems for coolant recovery integrated into machines are either insufficiently effective or simply not installed. Machine retooling, frequent opening of enclosures, or lack of guarding around machining heads leads to the release of oil mist into working areas, exposing personnel to harmful vapors and mists.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and is the ideal filtration supplement for workshop halls where comprehensive oil mist separation via coolant recovery units is difficult or impossible to achieve.

Features automatic air and temperature monitoring in the room. An innovative PLC control system compares input data, detects threshold exceedances in the working area and heat buildup directly under the ceiling, and automatically regulates air quality and temperature.
